Important Information
All prices listed below are an estimate/starting point and can change on a dog
by
dog basis (coat condition, weight, temperament, special handling and hair cut desired.)
Please keep in mind that appointments can take from 3-4 hours on average (sometimes longer
depending on preceding appointments), we do not rush any dogs through the grooming process. We will
call you when your pups' grooming appointment has been completed. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, 48-hours if booking 2 or more dogs at one time. Please see our fees below for no call no show appointments.

- Nail grinding/trimming with clippers or Dremal- $20
- Heavenly pur'fection Pawdicure $45

- Anal Gland Expression- $15
- Ear plucking/Cleaning- $10
- Face, Feet, and/or Sanitary trim- $10 and up
- Hair Dye Application- $10 and up (card on file and appointment deposit required at time of booking)
- Let us know before appointment schedule what color you would like.
- Nail Polish application- $10 and up
- Teeth brushing- $10
- Paw Balm can be added with any groom for $5
Add-on Fees
- De-matting- $10 and up
- If dog is matted, you will be contacted for further consultation.
- Late drop off and pick up- $15 per hour
- If you are 15 minutes or later for drop-off, you may need to reschedule your appointment this may result in a no show fee to be applied to next groom.
- We ask that you pick up your dog within an hour of notification that your dog or cat has been finished. After the first hour a $15 per hour kenneling charge will apply (rounding up to the nearest hour) unless previously discussed with your groomer.
- Biting fee- $100
- If your pet bites an employee of Heavenly Dog and breaks skin this fee will be assessed
- Special Handling and Aggressive Dog fee- $10 and up
- Any pet needing extra time to complete due to age, aggression, anxiety etc.
- No Call no/show fee/last minute cancellation- $50-$75 per dog (Depending on size/weight of dog booked for appointment slot)
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy (48-hours if booking 2 or more dogs at once)
- 1st offense- Above fee.
- 2nd offense- 75% of appointment cost
- 3rd offense- Deposit for cost of groom required when scheduling future appointments.
- These fees are non-refundable.
